We’re revising our time charge classification and time charges

We’re revising our time charge classification on 1 April 2023.
First, we are reducing prices by adding a new Off-Peak period (6am to 8.59am) for weekends and a Normal period (9pm to 11.59pm) for weekdays.
For the remaining Peak periods, we are increasing prices (except for Commercial Electric Vehicles), as well as revising the full day rate for Regular Premium vehicles.
Lastly, do take note that all prices are inclusive of GST.
Here’s what we’re revising

Time charge classification update: Weekend hours between 6am and 8.59am will be adjusted from Normal to Off-Peak

Time charge classification update: Weekday hours between 9pm and 11.59pm will be adjusted from Peak to Normal

Time charge update: The hourly charge for Peak hours will increase by $2 across all categories (except Commercial EVs)

Full day rate update: The full day rate for Regular Premium vehicles will be increased from $120 to $160

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Will the full day rate for other vehicle categories be increased too?
No, the full day rate revision only applies to Premium Category vehicles.
2. Will my booking be affected by the time charge revisions?
The time charge revisions only affect bookings made after 1 April 2023, 00:00. Any bookings made before this date and completed after, will not be affected.
3. If I make a booking on 2 April 2023, will I be affected by the time charge revisions?
Yes, the time charge revisions will take effect from 1 April 2023 onwards — this means that bookings made after the date will be subject to the revised time charges.
