Unlock a tier, jump up levels, and earn rewards after rewards 💰

From 1 July to 30 September 2022, earn rewards when you hit the road with us. Unlock a tier to earn your first reward, and get a bigger one if you unlock it again the next month — or climb the tiers to get even more vouchers the further you go.

So, how does it work?

  • The Spend periods are broken up by month: 1 – 30 July, 1 – 31 August, and 1 – 30 September
  • The min. monthly spend will determine your tier and voucher for the next month’s reward

What does that mean for you?

  1. Unlock a tier and its rewards by hitting the min. monthly spend within the Spend period
  2. Spend more to unlock a higher tier with upsized vouchers

Scenario 1:

Alex spends $150 each in July, August, and September. As such, their rewards are:
$4 voucher in August
$6 voucher in September
$8 voucher in October

Scenario 2:

Alex spends $150 in July, $300 in August, and $600 in September. As such, their rewards are:
$4 voucher in August
$15 voucher in September
→ A total of
$50 worth of vouchers in October

Scenario 3:

Alex spends $150 in July, $80 in August, and $150 in September. As such, their rewards are:
$4 voucher in August
$6 voucher in October
→ No reward in September as they didn’t hit the min. spend in August

The monthly spend amount is calculated based on the amount charged to you for bookings. This excludes all refunds and any amount deducted from the redemption of promo codes, discounts, or voucher packs purchased from GetGo Shop, and any additional service or penalty fees imposed such as cleaning, convenience, administrative or accident related charges.

Should you qualify for a reward, you’ll receive it via email on the first week of the Reward period. For example, if you qualify for a $4 voucher in July, you’ll receive it by 5 August.

Your spending will be contributed to the month your trip is completed. In this case, it will be the next month.

Yes. We take into consideration all spending for the full month of July (1 – 30 July 2022). The Spend periods are broken up by month: 1 – 30 July, 1 – 31 August, and 1 – 30 September.

We will send out your reward no later than the first week of the next month. We seek your kind understanding on this (and thank you so much for your support!).

You can tabulate the total charges on your bookings for each month (excluding all refunds and any amount deducted from the redemption of promo codes, discounts, or voucher packs purchased from GetGo Shop, and any additional service or penalty fees imposed such as cleaning, convenience, administrative or accident related charges) to track your spending and the tier you qualify for.

Past bookings can be accessed through the GetGo app. Upon launching the app, click on Bookings > Past to see your booking history.

The monthly spend amount is calculated based on the amount charged to you for bookings and we will take the whole month’s spending into consideration instead of individual bookings. Any refunds provided for bookings will not count into your spendings for the month.

The monthly spend amount only includes charges related to your booking, excluding any service fees imposed such as cleaning, convenience, administrative or accident related charges. We seek your kind cooperation to abide by GetGo’s
Terms of Service and Community Rules.







The vouchers awarded cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers or promotions, and each voucher can only be used in 1 transaction for the month it is rewarded. We encourage you to check on the terms and conditions of the voucher before making a booking.


The voucher is only valid for bookings scheduled and completed for the month it is rewarded to you, and will not be available for usage thereafter. For example, if you receive your voucher in August, you will only be able to use it for bookings scheduled up till 31 August 2022. There will be no issuance of new vouchers after it expires.

This voucher cannot be shared between users and is rewarded to you solely for your keen support to GetGo, and your friend will not be able to use your voucher.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period starts from 1 July and ends on 30 September 2022.

2. Spend Period refers to the 3 respective windows for users to accumulate qualifying spends: 1-30 July 2022, 1-31 August 2022, and 1-30 September 2022.

3. Qualifying Spend refers to:

Any paid amounts charged to the user only for bookings with the following statuses made within the Spend Period: Completed or Cancelled.

Excludes all refunds, any amount deducted from the redemption of promo codes, discounts, or voucher packs purchased from GetGo Shop, and any service or penalty fees imposed such as cleaning, convenience, administrative or accident related charges.

4. Total Monthly Spend is the accumulated amount from Qualifying Spends charged by GetGo to the user within the month.

5. Tier refers to the 3 status — Starter, Explorer, Adventurer — which users can attain in accordance to their Total Monthly Spend.

6. Minimum Monthly Spend refers to the minimum Total Monthly Spend needed to qualify for each Tier.

7. Reward refers to the respective vouchers given to users in accordance to their qualified Tier.

8. Level refers to the respective vouchers given to users in accordance to their qualified Tier for the month.

1. This campaign is only valid within the stipulated Promotion Period.

2. To qualify for the promotion and receive the vouchers under each respective Tier and Level, users must fulfil the following criteria:

  • a. Accumulate sufficient Qualifying Spend from completed transactions and bookings within each Spend Period.
  • b. Meet the Minimum Monthly Spend criteria of the respective Tier to receive their 1st Level Reward.
  • c. Meet the Minimum Monthly Spend criteria for the following Spend Period(s) to receive the next level’s Reward according to their attained Tier.

3. Users’ Tier will reset after each Spend Period and will not carry over to the next. Failure to meet the Minimum Monthly Spend criteria in any month will result in the user forfeiting any rewards for that specific Spend Period and not achieving or moving to the the next level of Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, Reward level has to be achieved in sequential order.

4. Reward vouchers may only be redeemed for bookings scheduled and completed within the month of issuance.

5. Each reward voucher can only be redeemed for 1 transaction and cannot be split across multiple transactions.

6. Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers and discounts.

7. Reward vouchers are not replaceable, exchangeable for cash nor transferable to other GetGo users, and will be forfeited upon a booking cancellation wherein the reward voucher has been applied.

8. In the event that a user’s account is closed, suspended or not in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the Reward is being credited, GetGo reserves the right to forfeit the Reward.

9. GetGo’s decision on all matters relating to its marketing and promotional campaigns shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.

10. GetGo reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
