About the Role

Our customers are at the heart of the GetGo community, and you will play an important role in providing them with the assistance that they require to enjoy our service. You will interface with our customers through Live Chat and where required, speak with them over the phone to resolve more complex issues. With your team, you will collect and consolidate feedback in a structured manner to support decisions pertaining to product and process improvements.

Day to Day Activities

  • Delight GetGo’s customers with excellent customer service
  • Share clear and accurate information when responding to queries via Live Chat, over the phone, and through email
  • Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently
  • Escalate issues promptly where and when required
  • Accurately provide and record information pertaining to key customer interactions
  • Process customer disputes and reimbursements

About You

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a customer-oriented role
  • Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays (off in-lieu will be provided)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheet is required
  • Able to keep calm under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
  • Energetic team player, meticulous, responsible, and punctual
  • Excellent command of the English Language, both written and spoken
  • Fast learners with a desire to upskill themselves will be provided with the necessary training and room to explore specialist roles including data analysis and reporting, business process development, or consumer research
