About the Role

You will be the go-to-person for customer enquiries relating to our service. Your primary tasks will include assisting GetGo customers on issues pertaining to our mobile application, advising them in the events of emergencies, and handling dispute resolutions via LiveChat, over the phone, and through email. Beyond assisting our customers, you will support GetGo’s Finance and Operations team in processing customer claims and assist in investigations of errant users.

Day to Day Activities

  • Delight GetGo’s customers with excellent customer service
  • Share clear and accurate information when responding to queries via LiveChat, over the phone, and through email
  • Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently
  • Escalate issues promptly to your Team Lead where and when required
  • Build a good service mindset within the CX team
  • Support GetGo’s finance team in processing customer claims
  • Support GetGo’s operations team in conducting investigations on errant users

About You

  • Able to keep calm under pressure
  • Energetic team player, meticulous, responsible, and punctual
  • Must have an excellent command of the English Language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to fluently speak a second language is highly advantageous
  • Comfortable working on weekends and public on some occasions
  • Experience with Customer Management Software such as Zendesk or Intercom is preferred but not compulsory
  • Fast learners with a desire to upskill themselves will be provided with the necessary training and room to explore specialist roles including data analysis and reporting, business process development, or consumer research
