Data and Insights Assistant Manager

Reporting to the COO, you will be a pioneer member of the insights team and play an important role in shaping the future of GetGo. Working with both customer and operations data, you will identify and study opportunities for the business to enhance its product and service offerings. You will design and create dashboards to support the Core Team and department heads in decision making and where required, scope, design, and execute consumer research pieces to bolster internal data.

• Prepare and organise internal customer and operational data sets for statistical analysis and reporting
• Build dashboards to track business performance and support business decisions
• Facilitate cross-functional conversations to consolidate user, finance, and operations data for the purpose of generating actionable business recommendations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design, build, and pilot new initiatives to enhance customer experience and develop operational capabilities
• Support secondary research efforts to evaluate and size new market opportunities
• Lead initiatives to establish U&A, Brand Health Tracking, and User Segmentation Matrixes

• At least three years of experience in an insights function
• Minimum diploma in any relevant field
• Demonstrated record of working with large and complex data sets
• Possess good commercial acumen
• Comfortable with basic statistical analysis
• Extremely proficient in MS Excel
• Competent in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableu, or Looker
• High energy and passionate in building and nurturing a world-class data and insights team
• Research agency experience will be an added advantage
