About the Role

Reporting to our Finance Manager, you will be handling Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and any other financial paperwork. Preferably with some basic accounting knowledge and experience. Preferably able to commit a minimal 3-6 months period.

Day to Day Activities

  • Assist in the update, verification and reconciliation of income and collections accurately and timely
  • Raise invoices and credit note
  • Support the team in validating charges billed to the customer & recording receipts
  • Provide assistance with AP & AR management and aging
  • Reconciliation of daily revenue against Checkout.com
  • Admin duties include data entry, filing, and scanning of documents
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

About You

  • Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
  • Well versed with computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Fast, meticulous, organised, and pays good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and is a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage a high volume of paperwork
