About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for operationalising and maintaining a fleet of vehicles across various locations in Singapore. This will include sending vehicles for inspection, reporting damages, and liaising with vendors and partners for additional repair, servicing, and rectification work. You will also be equipped to perform basic maintenance tasks such as refuelling, cleaning, and rectification of minor technical issues.

Day to Day Activities

  • Collect and deliver vehicles for servicing and/or repair
  • Inspect vehicles upon collection from partners and/or vendors
  • Liaise with external vendors on vehicles preparation and maintenance matters
  • Ensure vehicle’ road worthiness and cleanliness
  • Support the operations team lead with timely reporting and updates on vehicle status

About You

  • Familiar with Singapore roads
  • Driven and energetic team player, meticulous, responsible, and punctual
  • Must have a good spoken and written command of the English Language
  • Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles (e.g. Sedan, MPV, SUV, etc.)
  • Should have, or be willing to learn, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays on some occasions
  • Candidates who possess their own motorbike will be preferred
