About the Role

This is an exciting new role within our Customer and Community Experience (CCX) team that supports the GetGo Singapore community. Reporting to the Community Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing support strategy to provide excellent customer support to our users across the various social media platforms.

Day to Day Activities

  • Interact with users and followers, including responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments in accordance with the operating guidelines and the appropriate tone of voice
  • Assist users with service needs and complaints, and direct them to the the appropriate outlet
  • Analyse and respond to customer feedback, user’s reviews on App/Playstore and Telegram
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and implement social listening and insights projects by monitoring conversations and trends
  • Contribute and participate in the design, coordination, and execution of incident response
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media
  • Any other task assigned by Team Lead

About You

  • Passionate about social media and loves to serve
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and other social media best practices
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer centric with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Ability to communicate results to management and work in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with customer support technology platforms such as Zendesk preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
