Making a full-day booking with us just got better!
We are constantly improving to provide better flexibility and access to carsharing for all use cases. As such, we’ve updated the definition of the 24-hour window to give you the flexibility to enjoy the same affordable full-day rate across days as long as your booking falls within the window.
The full-day rate is the maximum you’ll be charged for using a vehicle within a 24-hour window starting from any time you decide to make a booking. In other words, a same day booking (starting from 12am and ending at 11:59pm the same day) and a 24-hour booking that spans across two different days will both be counted under the 24-hour window.
Our affordable full-day rates are as follows:
A booking spans across different time period classifications (time periods) when you book a GetGo in the following instances:
- from Thursday to Friday
- from Friday to Saturday
- from Sunday to Monday
- From the eve of a Public Holiday to a Public Holiday
You will be charged the higher full-day rate if you make a booking that spans across different time periods.
Here’s an example to help you better understand the more flexible full-day rates:
Amanda makes a GetGo booking under the Standard category from 7am on Tuesday to 7am on Wednesday.
Based on the hourly rates, Amanda’s time charge reaches the full-day rate ($80) at 8pm. As Amanda’s booking continues running till 7am on Wednesday, she enjoys the rest of the booking at no additional cost.
