Terms and conditions for new users:

• Promo code is applicable for all new GetGo users on their first booking only.
• Promo code is applicable for bookings scheduled and completed by 31 December 2025.
• Promo code is applicable on both time charge and mileage charge. For bookings above the value of S$16, the cost of the booking in excess will be borne by the user.
• Promo code is applicable on Mondays to Sundays except eves of public holidays and public holidays.
• Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers.
• Promo code is applicable for all vehicles.
• Promo code will be forfeited and cannot be replaced upon booking cancellation.
• Redemption of this promotion does not guarantee that the user’s account will be verified. Verification application will still be subjected to GetGo’s policy.
• GetGo Carsharing reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.

Terms and conditions for existing users:

• Promo code of 12% OFF is applicable for all GetGo users and capped at S$10 only.
• Promo code is applicable for bookings scheduled and completed by 31 December 2025.
• Promo code is applicable on Time Charge only. For bookings above the value of S$10, the cost of the booking in excess will be borne by the user.
• Promo code is applicable on the Grand Category (Stavic) vehicle only.
• Promo code is applicable on Mondays to Sundays except eves of public holidays and public holidays.
• Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers.
• Promo code will be forfeited and cannot be replaced upon booking cancellation.

• GetGo Technologies Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
• GetGo is not an agent of the merchant and will have no contractual relationship with the customer for the products and/or any other services provided by The Merchant.
• In the event of any loss, damages to third party assets or bodily injuries to GetGo users howsoever caused during the commencement of The Merchant’s service, GetGo will not be held responsible.
• Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. GetGo will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
• The Merchant reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Collection of personal data by The Merchant for this promotion is strictly for their own business requirements.
• GetGo is not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data by The Merchant for this promotion.
• The Merchant is not liable for any loss of personal data resulting from any provision of personal data by the individual to The Merchant for the purpose of using their service or product.
