Is this research legitimate?

The GetGo Research Panel (GRP) gathers valuable insights from GetGoers and non-GetGoers alike to build the best experience.

All GRP emails come from research@getgo.sg — verify the senderʼs email address before responding or clicking links. To validate the authenticity of the invite, forward the invite to research@getgo.sg.

What are the requirements to join GRP?

GRP is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old — including those who are not GetGo users.

What will I get for participating in the studies?

Depending on the type of study, you may receive a thank-you gift, like a gift card, promo code,or swag. Reward details will be shared in the invite email.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Your information stays confidential and is used only for research in GetGo. If you opt out of GRP, weʼll delete your personal data.
