Go over the accident details with our Support Team.

Gather details from all parties involved

Gather details like drivers’ name(s), phone number, car plate number(s), and take clear accident scene photos.

Stay contactable for 60 minutes

Our Accident Response Team will arrive within 45-60 mins.

Don’t leave until authorised to do so

If public property is damaged, don’t leave until authorised by the Traffic Police.

If you caused minor damage, please self-report it when you end your trip.
