FAQs
To enter the giveaway, simply make and complete bookings within the giveaway period, which runs from 21 November to 21 December.
Chances in the giveaway are based on the number of bookings made and completed within the giveaway period:
- 1-3 bookings = 1 ticket
- 4-7 bookings = 3 tickets
- 8-11 bookings = 5 tickets
- 12 or more bookings = 10 tickets
The giveaway winners will be announced on 22 December 2023, via the
official GetGo TikTok account. Winners will also be notified by the email tied to their GetGo account.
Prize winners will be informed via the email provided on their GetGo account. Kindly ensure notifications and emails from GetGo are enabled. Winners must collect their prize from the office and present their identification for redemption within the stipulated dates. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

- This lucky draw giveaway will be happening from 21 November 2023 to 21 December 2023.
- All giveaway participants must have made and completed a booking on the GetGo Carsharing (Singapore) mobile app.
- The giveaway is open to anyone residing in Singapore, except employees of GetGo and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- By participating in this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only the selected entries will be notified and are eligible for the prizes.
- Closing date for entry is 21 December 2023. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be considered.
