Stay within 5 metres of your vehicle to connect via Bluetooth for a better connection.

Do a thorough walk-around inspection

Take photos of all sides of the vehicle before and after your booking. This protects you from being responsible for existing damages.

Refuel at any Esso station with the Esso fuel card that’s in every vehicle, or recharge your EV at our charging partners’ stations.

Amend your booking duration

Need extra driving time? Start your booking earlier or extend it — depending on availability.
