In this guide, we’ve sussed out the best indoor playgrounds that you can bring your bambinos to, especially now during the school holidays.

01 • Kiztopia Punggol

Kiztopia Punggol is the first ever duplex indoor playground in Singapore, with the safari-themed wonderland covering 5,500 square feet. There are a whopping 12 different play areas for your bubbas to explore — they include interactive AR games, slides, obstacle courses, sandpits, and more! When your children need a breather, head to Kiztopia’s in-house Vibes Café, where delicious Western and Asian dishes are available on the kids’ menu to satiate their rumbling little tummies.

Kiztopia’s Jurong Point branch offers a cosier but equally fun experience for your kids, with 4,500 square feet of play decorated in an outer space theme. The indoor playground features 12 different play areas that are out of this world, like netted climbing frames, role play rooms, trampolines, and slides.

Located conveniently in Downtown East, Tayo Station is a 10,000 square feet integrated sensory indoor playground that’s best for kids between the ages of 1 and 12. The playground is inspired by the popular Tayo Little Bus Series and is a great place to bring your kiddos to if you’re looking for a fun learning experience.

The indoor playground doesn’t just have playground attractions, it even boasts edutainment areas and sensory play spaces. The kids can learn about road safety at Tayo’s Road Circuit and head to the Rainbow Lounge to catch some episodes of the Tayo Little Bus. Adventure HQ is the first and largest multi-installation indoor adventure playground in Singapore spanning more than 30,000 square feet. Among the highlights at this park are the Urban Climb Zone which has 8 unique installations and a variety of high and low obstacles, including a parabolic freefall slide and vertical race walls, a network of artificial caves and tunnels, and a high elements obstacle course. 

Apart from these, Adventure HQ is also home to the longest indoor slide in Singapore, stretching 14 metres long or 4.5 stories high. That’s not all: if your kiddos are up for a challenge, they can try out the 15m Two-Tiered Indoor Challenge Ropes Course, which is the biggest in Singapore.

Who’s up for a seriously fun workout? Drive down to this playground which is home to over 20 exciting activities that’ll let you jump, play, and exercise your way to happiness.

Slide down a tube, race around an indoor track, go bounce and climb at the Freestyle Hall’s Augmented Climbing Wall, and do so much more. If the indoor playground seems a little too intense for your mini humans, don’t worry. It has an Adventure Area dedicated for children, with obstacle walls, playtowers, and trampolines. This 5,000 square feet playground at United Square is SMIGY’s third outlet and it houses many of the same features that are loved by kids. Try out the interactive games, the classic ball pit, and slides, but don’t limit yourself to these.

The indoor playground has tons of other things to do: jump for joy on the trampolines, play dress up with your kids and become queens or kings, do your grocery shopping at the pretend supermarket, and play pretend as archaeologists at the sand pit.

19 • Canopy Park at Jewel Changi Airport

The Canopy Park is a gigantic 150,000 square feet play area on level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. Teeming with attractions such as the Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Topiary Walk, and the popular Manulife Sky Nets that’s suspended 25 metres above ground, a visit here would truly be stepping into a world of fun and adventure.

Our favourite has to be the Sky Nets, which gives you a real thrill as you defy gravity. Your kids can hop and bounce on the Bouncing Nets, which are installed up to 8m in the air, as if it were a floating trampoline! Then, take a chill pill on the Walking Net, where you get to frolic 25m above the ground and watch the people below who appear like miniatures.

20 • The Joy of Toys

The Joy of Toys is a treasure trove for your little ones. It’s a unique toddler-friendly indoor playground in Singapore with a wide range of high-quality toys. The play area is divided into 2 zones — the Main Play Space is for preschoolers and school-going kids, and has both developmental toys and role-play toys.

The Toddler Play Space, on the other hand, consists of toys that are tailor-made for toddlers and crawling babies. This play area is baby-proofed and allows parents to keep an eye on their babies all at times.

We absolutely love that the toys here are rotated every month, so each visit will be a special one.
