New on the GetGo app: Improved communication preferences

Last month, we focused on improving our Booking Calendar to give you a more accurate view of a car’s availability. This month, our GetGo chefs cooked up another improvement to optimise your experience.
👂Tailor your communication preferences
As a GetGo user, there are two main types of notifications:
- Priority updates
- These are the important updates on your bookings, maintenance schedule, and system updates. You cannot opt out of priority updates.
- Marketing communications
- These are marketing messages sent by GetGo, which include our latest promotions and feedback requests. By opting out, you will not receive the latest promotions, rewards, and company updates.
From now on, you’ll be able to tailor the types of marketing communications you’d like to receive from us, as well as the types of channels we can reach you from. For the full set of instructions on how to do so, please read our FAQ article.
