How to redeem
This offer can be redeemed online only.
- Open the GetGo app and tap the Promo button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Search button to return to the main menu, enter your booking details (e.g., location, date & time), and tap Go.
- Select your preferred vehicle. Scroll down to Payment Details, tap Use Promo Code, select your code, and tap Use.
- Once the discount is applied, tap Book Now, and then tap Yes to confirm your booking.

- Promo code is offer is S$15 and applicable for all new GetGo users on their first booking only.
- Promo code is applicable for bookings scheduled and completed by 28 February 2026.
- Promo code is applicable on both time charge and mileage charge. For bookings above the value of S$15, the cost of the booking in excess will be borne by the user.
- Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers.
- Promo code will be forfeited and cannot be replaced upon booking cancellation.
- Redemption of this promotion does not guarantee that the user's account will be verified. Verification application will still be subjected to GetGo's policy.
