Don’t be fooled by the ulu or unassuming location — Chuan Kee Seafood has been around since 1975, and they sure know what they’re doing when it comes to serving up fresh seafood and tasty zi char dishes! Aside from the food, we’ve also read great things about their customer service, with free soy beancurd, ice cream and popcorn for their patrons.

Chuan Kee is famous for their seafood, and it’s easy to see why with mouthwatering dishes like Chilli Crab and Curry Fish Head on the menu. They also serve plenty of zi char favourites like Prawn Paste Chicken and Sweet & Sour Pork topped with Lychee! 🤤

With an interior reminiscent of a typical Cha Chaan Teng (teahouse) in Hong Kong, this authentic Cantonese restaurant will make you feel nostalgic if you grew up having dim sum for breakfast with your family.

Although most customers frequent this place for their dim sum dishes, the restaurant is currently also offering a CNY Reunion Set Menu with 6-8 courses available according to the number of pax dining in. Though this overwhelmingly popular restaurant has already been fully booked for Chinese New Year’s Eve (our Singaporean mindsets immediately pin this as a sign that the food is good), you can still book a slot with them if you’re planning to have your reunion dinner earlier this year.

At Peach Garden, there’s plenty to choose from on their Set Menu, and you can look forward to tantalizing dishes such as Roasted Peking Duck and Deep-fried Soon Hock.
